Before any work on a project is done, we think it's important to supply our clients with a documentation plan that shows the scope of work and the milestones required to complete the project on time and on budget. This sample documentation plan was created for our client NuLogx.

An installation guide written for our client, InSystems. Their software, called eXterity Build, accelerates the customization of transactional portals by facilitating the modification of a supporting object model. This guide was designed for those installing the eXterity Build software.

This project for Nevada Learning Series required designing reference guides for Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 and Excel 2002 software. Achievements included the following: • Studied and used PowerPoint 2002 and Excel 2002 software to decide which features to include in guides • Submitted an outline and proposal for each guide prior to its design • Wrote and designed six-page quick reference guides for PowerPoint 2002 and Excel 2002

A user guide written for our client, Thomson Scientific. Their web-based application, BONDplus (Biomolecular Network Databank plus), is a life-science data management platform that delivers a powerful range of data, including sequence, interaction, patent, taxonomy, publication, annotation, domain, and cross-reference data from fifteen assembled information sources. This guide was designed for life-science researchers who use the application to perform queries on research-based data.
